How does our Referral Program work?

Welcome to the Octuspay Referral Program! We're excited for you to join us. Here are all the details on how the program works and how you can earn through your referrals.

NEW TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN - REFER AND EARN, EFFECTIVE AS OF AUGUST 1, 2024.

ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN - REFER AND EARN

1.1 This regulation establishes the rules and conditions of the promotional campaign of OCTUSPAY TECNOLOGIA LTDA. (OCTUSPAY), a private legal entity registered under CNPJ No. 51.827.694/0001-76.

1.2 The "Refer and Earn" campaign is intended for all users of the Octuspay platform.

1.3 By registering, the participant fully agrees to the terms of this regulation, without any reservation.

PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION

2.1 To participate in the "Refer and Earn" campaign, interested parties must register on the Octuspay website or app.

2.2 After registration approval, the participant must access the "Referrals" tab and copy the referral code provided.

2.3 The participant can share their referral code with friends, acquaintances, and others.

COMMISSIONS

3.1 The participant will receive a commission of 0.5% of the total value of transactions made by their referrals. Example: 0.5% of 100 thousand reais = R$500.00

3.2 Commissions will be paid to the participant on all transactions of their referral for 12 months after registration.

3.3 Transactions not approved, canceled by the end customer, refunds, chargebacks, or suspected fraud will not be considered for commission.

3.4 Octuspay reserves the right to adjust the commission as necessary and proportionally to cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.

COMMISSION RELEASE PERIOD

4.1 Commissions will be released within 90 calendar days after the date of each transaction.

VALIDITY PERIOD

5.1 Only new referrals will be considered valid, meaning referred users who did not have a prior registration on the Octuspay platform.

NON-CUMULATIVITY

6.1 The benefits of this campaign are not cumulative with other promotions, bonuses, or discounts in effect on the Octuspay platform.
