Want to know how to get your digital product approved on our platform? We’re here to help.
Our approval process ensures that everything we offer meets quality and security standards. We’ll guide you through each step simply and provide practical tips to prepare and submit your product effectively. By following these guidelines, your chances of having your product approved will be significantly higher.
1. Ensure that your product is not on the list of prohibited products:
- Products that reference firearms, narcotics, toxic substances, or any type of illegal drugs.
- Products that are stolen or misappropriated from third parties.

Standards for the deliverable:

- Content that is sufficiently robust to minimize dissatisfaction and chargebacks.

Additional Guidelines
The following guidelines are not strict rules, as a product may be well-structured and consist of fewer modules, shorter videos, or fewer pages. However, to align with what Octuspay considers minimally viable and to increase your product's chances of approval, here are some tips:
Topic Distribution:
- Number of Modules: At least 5 to 10 modules, depending on the complexity of the topic and the depth of the content.
- Content of Each Module: Each module should cover a specific aspect of the topic, ensuring a logical progression and comprehensive coverage of the subject.
For Video Content:
- Total Hours: An online course should typically have at least 3 to 5 hours of content to be considered substantial.
- Duration of Lessons: Individual lessons should be between 5 and 30 minutes, depending on the complexity of the topic.
For E-books and Manuals:
- Number of Chapters: At least 5 to 10 chapters, covering different aspects of the main topic.
- Length of Each Chapter: Each chapter should contain enough content to provide an in-depth understanding of the topic, with at least 5 to 10 pages.
- Total Number of Pages: Minimum of 30 pages. Depending on the complexity of the subject, the minimum page requirement may be higher.
2. Product registration is only allowed after the complete registration and identity verification on the platform.
3. After product registration, the review process typically takes about 24 business hours.
4. The review result will be communicated directly to the producer via email. If the product is rejected, the email will include the reason for rejection. If the product is approved, congratulations—you can start listing your offers and begin selling!
Note: The approval of any product can be revoked based on the platform’s terms of use, with or without prior notice. Remember: keeping your product information updated is the producer’s responsibility, and all products are subject to periodic re-evaluations.
